1. How it work ?
Make sure the device is turned on NFC, tap your bizwave card near to the NFC sensor of the device.
- iPhone’s sensor is at the top, near to earpiece;
- Android’s sensor is at upper half of the back.
Once the device read the bizwave card,
- iPhone will have a safari notice at the top, tap to open the link.
- Android will have a popup ask for launch a browser and open the link.
After open the link, it will redirect to the destination of your bizwave card.
E.g. WhatsApp with default message / Open e-Card (.vcf file) and save contact directly..etc
2. Can I change content ?
Yes, all content has been stored in bizwave backend system and you can post a request to ask for change the content anytime.
3. Can I change the card point to other place instead of whatsapp ?
Yes, you can change to anywhere valid URL. E.g. e-Card webpage or .vcf file..etc
4. Can I custom 2 side of the card ?
Only yes for Plastic. And it cost extra HKD100
5. All smart phone supported ?
Most of the smartphone supported. As long as the device have NFC feature
6. Why it doesn’t work when tap on others iPhone ?
It depends on iOS version and iPhone Model. Not all iPhone default always turn on the NFC, some of it like iPhone7 required to turn on manually from control centre every time. If your iPhone has a NFC icon in control centre, that means it required manually turn it on.
