Delivery Policy

Orders from the Hong Kong website can only be delivered to Hong Kong, Macau.

PROCESS TIME:

We will begin to process your order as soon as we have confirmed receipt of payment. All orders ship out within 5-7 business days from the date we have processed your order and we process orders Monday through Friday excluding Hong Kong Public Holidays. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. All shipments processed by SF Express.

TRACKING NUMBER:

SF Express is traceable throughout its sending period. When your products are shipped from our retail store you will receive despatch confirmation by Email and access to a code to trace your parcels. Your shipment can be tracked via the SF Express website. http://www.sf-express.com/hk/en/

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery charge is HK$100 to Industrial & Commercial address (except remote area), and self pick up service at S.F. Express service centers / S.F. Stores on order below HK$1199.(For self-pickup products, additional shipping costs will be charged)

FREE DELIVERY ORDER OVER HK$1200:

We offer FREE SF Express courier service to Industrial & Commercial address (except remote area), and FREE self pick up service at S.F. Express service centers / S.F. Stores on order over HK$1200.(Since the self-pickup product does not include the free shipping fee. For self-pickup products, additional shipping costs will be charged)

Macau Shipment

We offer FREE door to door courier service to Macau customers once purchased over HK$1500.

If order is below HK$1500, we will arrange courier collect S.F. Express to pay.(recommended as courier will collect courier charge based on the actual weight of parcel) .

Shipments deliver to Macau require around 3-5 business days after orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse.
